Proactive Disclosure - Acts of Founded Wrongdoing The Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act (PSDPA) offers federal public sector employees and other persons a secure and confidential process for the disclosure of serious wrongdoing in the workplace, as well as protection against reprisal.
