We offer many options to ensure that any couple gets exactly what they need during all stages of planning. Our venue offer:

  • Special Event Hall (320 guests capacity), Ellipse Lobby (120 guest capacity) and various smaller rooms
  • Banquet table & chair rental, full set-up and take-down
  • Beautiful outdoor garden for cocktail receptions, ceremonies and photo shoots
  • No corkage fee – you are welcome to bring in your own alcohol
  • Outside caterers are welcome to our spacious kitchen
  • Free underground parking

Ceremonies and Add-ons

Nikkei Garden Ceremony
(up to 150 guests)
Peak Season: $1,000 + tax
Low Season: $850 + tax

  • Use of Nikkei Garden for ceremony from 10 am – 2 pm
  • Use of Ellipse Lobby in case of rain
  • Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs (Outdoor furniture rental is not included)
  • Photo shoots in the garden before and after the ceremony
  • Complimentary underground parking

Special Event Hall Ceremony
(up to 350 guests)
Peak Season: $1,880 + tax
Low Season: $1,080 + tax

  • Use of Special Event Hall for ceremony from 10 am to 2 pm
  • Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs
  • 2 Dressing rooms
  • Beautiful outdoor garden for photo shoots
  • Complimentary underground parking

Ellipse Lobby Ceremony
(up to 150 guests)
Peak Season: $1,000 + tax
Low Season: $750 + tax

  • Use of Ellipse Lobby from 10 am to 2 pm
  • Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs
  • Photo shoots in the garden before and after the ceremony
  • Complimentary underground parking

Nikkei Garden Cocktail Reception (add-on only)
Peak Season: $1,875 + tax
Low Season: $1,075 + tax

  • Use of Nikkei Garden for cocktail reception for 5 hours up to 9 pm
  • Use of Ellipse Lobby in case of rain
  • Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs (Outdoor furniture rental is not included)
  • Photo shoots in the garden before and after the ceremony
  • 1 Security guard for duration of your event
  • Complimentary underground parking

Low Season: $3,200 + tax

Ellipse Lobby Reception
(up to 120 guests)
Peak Season: $3,700 + tax
Low Season: $2,700 + tax

Package includes everthing listed under “Special Event Hall Reception” above except Special Event Hall usage

Platinum Reception
(up to 320 guests)
Peak Season: $5,600 + tax
Low Season: $4,600 + tax

Package includes everything listed under “Special Event Hall Reception” plus;

  • One hour extension of Special Event Hall use until 2 am
  • Use of the entire main floor (except Museum) from 2pm to 2 am

Kaede Reception
(up to 40 guests)
Peak Season: $580 + tax
Low Season: $480 + tax

Package includes;

  • Use of Kaede room for 6 hours
  • Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs
  • Beautiful outdoor garden for photo shoots
  • Recommendation on catering, decoration, floral and other related services (optional)
  • Complimentary underground parking
