Change is in the Air

Alberta's oil production cuts dominated the political agenda this week. The table was set on Sunday when Premier Rachel Notley ordered an oil production cut of 8.7 per cent starting Jan. 1, aimed at boosting the price of Alberta crude.

Dirty little secrets

The fall session of the Alberta legislature resumed with calls for more transparency into how complaints of harassment and bullying are investigated. Alberta Party MLA Karen McPherson sent a letter to the Speaker asking for a review into how the NDP handled sexual misconduct complaints against two of their members.
