The Honourable Jocelyne Gagné was appointed to the Federal Court on May 31, 2012. Since her appointment, she has established a reputation among her peers as a widely respected, hard-working, thoughtful, and collegial jurist. Justice Gagné is fluently bilingual and regularly hears matters in both official languages. In addition to her work on the Federal Court, she was cross-appointed to the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada in March 2013 and to the Competition Tribunal in February 2017.

Dr. Rosemary Moodie shares her health care expertise in the academic environment and in her community. She is a neonatologist, clinical teacher, and Associate Professor of Paediatrics affiliated with SickKids and the University of Toronto. She is a consultant in health care and a national surveyor with Accreditation Canada focused on advancing quality in health care.

Dr. Stanley Kutcher is a renowned expert in adolescent mental health and a leader in mental health research, advocacy, training, and policy development, who has been involved in mental health work in over 20 countries.Dr. Kutcher is a professor of psychiatry at Dalhousie University, and an adjunct professor of psychiatry at the University of Alberta. He also serves as the Sun Life Financial Chair in Adolescent Mental Health at Dalhousie University and the IWK Health Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Pat Duncan is a former premier of Yukon, with extensive experience in business and as a public servant in the community. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University.
