Board Members
The Canadian Taxpayers Federation’s board of directors is a volunteer body that monitors and maintains the integrity of the organization’s mission, conduct, strategic planning and finances. Each year the board approves goals and tactics and a budget. The board is not involved in the day to day operation of the organization. Board members are prohibited from holding a membership in any political party. As the governing body of a not for profit, the board is charged with upholding provisions of the federal Not For Profit Corporations Act.
Adam Daifallah

Adam Daifallah is a Partner at HATLEY Strategy Advisors, a public affairs firm with offices in Montreal and Quebec City. In addition to his responsibilities at HATLEY, Adam is an instructor at McGill University’s North American Studies Program and a fellow of the Montreal Economic Institute.

Ken Azzopardi

Highly involved in volunteerism, Ken is former president of both the Regina Symphony Orchestra (RSO), and Regina’s Globe Theatre. Ken was also on the board of the World Taxpayers Association.

Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, David attended SFU (B.A., Economics), Carleton (M.A., Economics) and UBC (LL.B.). Presently, David is a partner in the business law department of the global firm of Norton Rose Fulbright, with a practice focused on corporate finance, M&A; and natural resources.
