Neil Young releases new song, video for 'Indian Givers'

Young follows up his latest album Earth with a brand new protest anthem.

Neil Young has written and released a new song and music video for "Indian Givers," a protest song about the Dakota Access Pipeline. The video features footage of recent protests against the expansion of the pipeline, which has been going on all summer, with sliced-in clips of Young singing in a car.

"There's a battle raging on the sacred land/ our brothers and sisters have to take a stand," Young sings. "Against us now for what we all been doing/ on the sacred land there's a battle brewing."
