Police in Kamloops, B.C. are looking for witnesses to a hit-and-run collision that killed two people and injured two others on Sunday morning.

"It felt incredible. You know it was a huge goal and it's been a dream," said 24-year-old Brooke Wills who now qualifies to compete at the Calgary Stampede.

The Independent Investigations Office says the prosecution service has been asked to consider charges of assault against one officer and charges related to Criminal Code and Motor Vehicle Act driving offences against all three officers.

Specialty clinics will provide free legal counsel for those struggling with issues like housing, poverty, immigration, child protection and disability needs. They'll be located in Vancouver, Surrey, Kelowna, Kamloops and Prince George.
