Men around the world are growing moustaches for "Movember," an annual campaign bringing attention to men's health.

Too often men struggle with anxiety, isolation and depression in silence. While rates of mental health are similar between men and women, men are less likely to recognize symptoms, talk about their challenges and seek help.

Our question this week: What's preventing men from talking about their mental health?
