Compliance and Enforcement
It is our job to make sure companies we oversee do what it takes to protect people and the environment. Companies have to answer to us for how well they do this.
We do targeted audits and more than 150 inspections every year. This is on top of 100+ technical meetings and training exercises. These can happen in the field, in corporate offices or any place where companies are doing work, at any stage of a project.
Our goal is to use tools, like audits and inspections, to find potential issues before they become problems. If we find any, we do what it takes to get companies back on track. We also do what is required to keep anyone from repeating the same mistakes in the future.
