Partners in Damage Prevention

Working safely around pipelines is in everyone's best interest. As the federal regulatory champion of the Canadian Common Ground Alliance, the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) works with regional partners and stakeholder groups to raise awareness about safe work practices around pipelines and other buried infrastructure,

Across Canada, these associations work towards the ongoing development and promotion of industry best practices to protect the public and the environment from damage to underground infrastructure. The CER sends delegates to a wide range of meetings, trade shows and conferences to promote safety around federally-regulated infrastructure.
