5 Windsorites confirmed killed in Iran plane crash
Samira Bashiri was a researcher at the university, while her husband Hamid Setareh Kokab was a PhD student in mechanical engineering. Zahra Naghibi was a PhD student at the university's Turbulence and Energy Lab. Naghibi's husband Mohammad Abbas Pourghaddi also died in the crash. Pedram Jadidi was a PhD student in civil engineering.
