Judgments of the Supreme Court of Canada
Canada’s first-ever legal website
Lexum has been developing and operating the Supreme Court of Canada decision database since 1993. The database provides free access to all Supreme Court decisions, back to the creation of the Court in 1876, as well as to the electronic versions of the Supreme Court Reports, the Court’s bulletins and news releases. Decisions are made available in MS-Word, HTML, and PDF. They include the full headnotes prepared by the Court, and are easy to search in full text.
The Supreme Court of Canada decision database receives over 200,000 visits per month and has been powered by Decisia since 2012.
