Get ready to do your taxes

Deadline: The due date for filing individual tax returns has been extended to June 1, 2020. Taxpayers will have until September 1, 2020 to pay any 2019 income tax amounts owed.

If you’re self-employed or have a spouse or a common-law partner who is self-employed, the deadline to file your taxes is still June 15, 2020. All taxes owed must still be paid by September 1, 2020.
