Description: The NRC must ensure safe access to roads and facilities for emergency responders and for its staff 24/7, and therefore walkways and roads must be free of ice buildup and accumulated snow cannot exceed 4 cm.
Time: From mid-November 2019 to mid-April 2020, at any time depending on current weather conditions.
Disturbance: Noise can be expected.
Location: All areas of the Montreal Road campus.
