Would be a win for departmental executives, managers and planners; unions; people looking at career options; academics and analysts looking at nature of work inside various departments etc. to have demographics by classification group and level, and possibly cross-tabs of same x age bracket and/or region. The PSC used to publish these in paper reports each year and I always found them useful and interesting along with the other data they used to publish.
