Find a doctor

Find a family doctor

The find a family doctor service connects Yukoners with a family doctor who’s accepting patients.

This service is available to Yukon residents living in Whitehorse and the surrounding areas who:

  • have a valid Yukon Health Care Insurance Plan (YHCIP);
  • are 16 years old or older; and
  • do not have a family doctor.

An adult can enrol their partner and a parent or guardian can enrol their dependants (under the age of 19) into the program if they live at the same address.

Registering together ensures families are matched with the same family doctor.
