Rebate amount

$500.

HRVs balance fresh air supply in your home

Insulating or air sealing a home may introduce ventilation issues:

  • indoor air-quality issues;
  • moisture and mould issues; or
  • higher potential for carbon monoxide to enter your home.

An HRV mitigates these issues by:

  • bringing fresh air into your home; and
  • taking stale air out of your home.
