Current tobacco tax rates in Yukon
- Cigarettes: $0.30 per cigarette.
- Other tobacco: $0.30 per gram.
- Cigars: 130% of taxable price per cigar. (The taxable price per cigar is 130% of manufacturer's or importer's selling price.)

2019 rates of taxation will continue to reflect the latest rate changes set on April 1, 2018. Legislated calculations determine if a rate increase is necessary for the year.
