Over 610,000 people have been tested for #COVID19 in , with over 6.5% confirmed as positive. Provinces & territories continue to strengthen capacity to maintain testing at a high rate to better #TestandTrace where spread is occurring.

We expect meat plants to follow the advice and guidance provided by @GovCanHealth and local public health authorities in addressing a #COVID19 outbreak. Decisions to suspend operations are the result of their cooperation with local and provincial health authorities.
