Parking Sevices is still working remotely but we are preparing for a safe return (date TBD) and we are excited to see everyone back on campus!

As mentioned in the Virtual Town Hall Budget meeting on June 3rd, parking charges are on hold until September. This situation is being reviewed on a continuios basis and could be subject to change, as the situation evolves. We will post new information as it arrvies, on our website.

It was also annuonced during the Town Hall that our pricing will be changing. We have NOT updated our website to reflect these changes. We are in the process of updating all information and it will be posted shortly.

We know many people will have questions and we are here to answer them. If you have questions please send them to questions@parking.uoguelph.ca. 

REFUNDS

We were successfully able to refund 90% of the permits that were purchased! Permits that we were not able to refund will be completed when we return to the office (TBD).

Upon our reopening (date TBD) Campus Parking Service will no longer be accepting cash payments. 

Accepted forms of payment are as follows: Visa, MasterCard and Debit.
