Prepaid Parking
Prepaid parking saves you time exiting the garage!
Prepaid parking can be purchased at the Box Office.
If you are attending a show in Southam Hall or the Babs Asper Theatre, you can also pre-pay your parking at the kiosk set up in the main lobby one hour prior to the performance and during intermissions.
The more patrons who prepay their parking, the faster everyone gets out of the garage at the end of the night.
We encourage you and your friends, and the person sitting beside you during the show, to prepay their parking.

There are many options around downtown Ottawa. Some closeby to mention:

Sheraton Ottawa Hotel (indoor) - 150 Albert Street
Place Bell Canada (indoor) - 160 Elgin Street
Ottawa City Hall (indoor) - 110 Laurier Avenue West
Shaw Centre (ImPark) (indoor) - 55 Colonel By Drive
Electric vehicle charging
The NAC has 4 charging stations available with no extra charge. Only parking fees apply, with a maximum usage of 4 hours of charging.
All charging stations are on garage level 3 in the U and V sections.
Bicycle parking
Indoor
Find free bicycle parking in the NAC Garage next to the main exit lane from level P3 to Queen Elizabeth Driveway (3 racks)
Outdoor
- Outside the new Box Office foyer on Freiman Lane (2 racks)
- Outside our administration offices on the sidewalk of Mackenzie Bridge (1 rack)
- Outside the restaurant's terrace by the Canal (1 rack)
Accessible parking
If you have mobility issues, we strongly encourage you to come to the NAC by car. You can enter the garage via Elgin/Slater and reserved accessible parking is available at the P3 level on a first-come-first-served basis.
If arriving at the NAC by taxi, Para Transpo or STO, we recommend that you instruct your taxi to drop-off at the entrance on Elgin street.
