Getting your abstract

  1. Complete the driver's abstract request form
  2. Submit your signed form along with the $10 fee. Do not include your credit card information in your request.
    In person: 2251-2257 2nd Avenue in Whitehorse. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also visit one of our 11 community offices.

  3. We will process your request. If you visit us in person, we will fulfil your request at the counter. If you submit your form by email, fax or mail, it can take up to 2 business days to process your request.
