Book a meeting room at the Whitehorse Public Library

How do I book the meeting room?

Fill out a user agreement form and agree to the meeting room policy. As of November 1, 2020, all users must sign a user agreement form even if they have signed a form in the past.

  • In person: 1171 Front Street in Whitehorse. We are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m.  to 6 p.m.

The meeting room can be booked up to 2 months in advance. Covid protocols are in place.

What kind of meeting room is available?

Whitehorse Public Library has one meeting room available to community (non-profit) groups and government.

The meeting room is available on a first come, first served basis during designated hours. 

The rooms are available for use during library hours within the designated time slots: Morning (10:00 – 11:30), Early afternoon (12:00 – 14:30) and Late Afternoon (15:00 – 17:00). The 30 minutes in between these timeslots will be for staff to properly sanitize the room. 

No commercial activity is allowed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings. Priority is given to library programs.

How big is the room?

The room accommodates a maximum of 10 people.
