• Application for Registration of Limited Partnership Formed Outside of Yukon
• Notice of Registered Office of Limited Partnership
• Copy of the original certificate of limited partnership or equivalent document and of all amendments to it verified by the proper authority of the jurisdiction in which the limited partnership was formed.
• Evidence that the limited partnership still exists as a limited partnership in the jurisdiction where it was formed.

Submit the documents and the $300 fee.
