You base your claim on a scan of map? Anyway it doesn't contain Wrocław, Kraków in any of the circles so your claim that is based on that is completely false .--MyMoloboaccount (talk) 18:24, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
The map this is based on does not mention circles, it talks bout "groups". The circles in this template are different from other sources talking about circles. We have so far no contemporary sources of Hanseatic circles.
