Benefits of heat recovery ventilators
Insulating or air sealing a home may introduce ventilation issues:
- indoor air-quality issues;
- moisture and mould issues; or
- higher potential for carbon monoxide to enter your home.
An HRV mitigates these issues by:
- bringing fresh air into your home; and
- taking stale air out of your home.

Who installs HRVs?
