The 2022 Winter Olympics medal table is a list of National Olympic Committees ranked by the number of medals won during the 2022 Winter Olympics, held in Beijing, People's Republic of China, from 4–20 February 2022. Zoi Sadowski-Synnott won New Zealand's first gold medal at a Winter Olympics in the women's slopestyle event.[1]
Medal table[edit]
The medal table is based on information provided by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and is consistent with IOC convention in its published medal tables.[2] By default, the table is ordered by the number of gold medals the athletes from a nation have won, where nation is an entity represented by a National Olympic Committee (NOC). The number of silver medals is taken into consideration next and then the number of bronze medals. If there is still a tie after that, then the nations shared the tied rank and are listed alphabetically according to their NOC code.
