Interpunclist[edit]

I've mentioned in a comment that there should be a way to use list-style-type:interpunc; instead of manually inserting them, but on further review I was misled by the default disc when using an invalid CSS property value. The following works, once I realised I had to override the image as well:

  • one
  • two
  • three

I still need to see how to apply this style within the constraints of the {{Sidebar}} template. Mark Hurd (talk) 13:46, 18 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Actually the normal block lists look better in all uses of this template so I've removed the interpuncs and the attempted style changes. Mark Hurd (talk) 15:13, 18 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Related topics[edit]

Will you please stop removing this section? It is related to Russian involvement in post-Soviet space, in particular in Georgia. In Georgia Russia used the same reason: protection of Russian citizens. Russia didn't note when pro-Russian separatists were attacking the Georgians, but was quick to notice Georgian response and intervene to punish Georgia. This war is seen by many analysts as a prelude to the events in Ukraine since March 2014. Similar to Ukraine, Russia occupied the territories in Georgia and Russian military supports the ruling regimes there, like now it supports the Donbass militants. --UA Victory (talk) 15:54, 18 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Although I agree with you, you might have more success keeping them in this template if you can find a place for these articles in {{2014 pro-Russian conflict in Ukraine}} and/or {{Campaignbox 2014 pro-Russian unrest in Ukraine}}, especially if the TFD succeeds. This is called original research, which is not permitted in Wikipedia. 175.214.99.106 (talk) 03:12, 19 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Why do you consider it an original research? Have you read both articles? I can cite several analysts that compare current situation in Ukraine to Georgia - [1] [2] and [3]. --UA Victory (talk) 06:44, 19 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Battles[edit]

There were other notable battles beside the siege of Sloviansk. Any ideas which one should be included? --UA Victory (talk) 09:23, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
