T1204 – Government Services Contract Payments

In an effort to reduce paper, the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada (ORSCC) will no longer be providing a copy of the T1204 slip to recipients. The ORSCC submits T1204 information to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). For general questions related to T1204 slips, please refer to CRA.
