- User is already blocked in Russian Wikipedia for vandalism. In this Wikipedia, I recommend to block account but not actual person (I mean user should be allowed to create a new account). I would request global lock at m:Steward requests/Global, but I can’t edit that page because it is protected and I never ever had any Wikimedia account. - They only have one edit on ru according to global logs, and it seems to have been deleted. I doubt they are going to use their en: account, they registered on ru:. Temporary semi-protection: Persistent disruptive editing – An IP editor is engaged in disruptive editing on this talk page, not getting other people's points, as well as pushing their same points over and over again, i.e. bludgeoning the process. Several other editors including me have made their points very clear, but the IP editor continues to fail to understand them and continue repeating their point. This talk page has been protected numerous times in the past for this same behaviour, with the last protection being 1 months. I recommend a duration of maybe 3 or 6 months. They were reverted by another editor because they lacked a source and were written in a promotional, not encyclopedic tone.
