CCI's training mandate is to disseminate conservation and conservation science information to the conservation and heritage communities, thereby contributing to the improved preservation and conservation of collections and related materials of cultural/historical significance throughout Canada and the world.

CCI's Learning and Development Officer, Julie Murtagh, is available to help with all your Learning Opportunities needs. She can be reached by telephone at (613) 998-3721 ext. 114 or by e-mail at cci-icc_edu@pch.gc.ca.

Outreach Program

CCI offers workshops for heritage organizations and associations both within Canada and internationally. Our goal is to help institutions build capacity in preserving and conserving the objects in their collections.

Internships

The Institute provides learning opportunities to the conservation community in Canada and abroad by offering a variety of internships.

Important Notice: The internship program is suspended as a result of ongoing renovations at CCI's main building in Ottawa. When it becomes possible to restart the program, an announcement will be made in this space. For further information, please contact:
cci-icc_edu@pch.gc.ca

Advanced Professional Development

As part of its learning and development programs, CCI offers intensive courses for professionals working at an advanced level in the Canadian or international heritage community.
