PAYNOTES

(1) This rate will be paid to the Welder (High Pressure) upon satisfactory completion of a High-Pressure Welding test, and while remaining qualified.

(2) This rate will be paid to an EEW-10 (Electronic Repairman) upon satisfactory completion of an Electronic Systems trade test.

(3) Subject to clause 25.04, all periods are for six (6) months with a minimum of nine hundred (900) hours worked.

(4) The pay increment date for an employee appointed to a position in the bargaining unit on promotion, demotion or appointment from outside the Public Service, shall be the first Monday following the increment period listed below as calculated from the date of the promotion, demotion or appointment from outside the Public Service.

(5) The pay increment period for an employee is twelve (12) months.
