MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TREASURY BOARD AND
THE CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES IN RESPECT OF THE RE-OPENING OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE ECONOMICS AND SOCIAL SCIENCE SERVICES BARGAINING UNIT

The representatives of the Treasury Board and the Canadian Association of Professional Employees, in accordance with Article 52 of the Economics and Social Science Services Agreement, agree to re-open the collective agreement to amend the rates of pay at the ES-03 and SI-04 level. This amendment is reflected in the document attached to this Memorandum of Agreement.

SIGNED AT OTTAWA this 23rd day of the month of February 2005.
