MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE
TREASURY BOARD
AND
THE CANADIAN COLLEGES FACULTY ASSOCIATION
IN RESPECT OF
THE UNIVERSITY TEACHING GROUP BARGAINING UNIT
The parties agree that, despite the fact that they have not concluded a
collective agreement for a period commencing 1 July 2004, the provisions of
Appendix "C" of the collective agreement which expired
30 June 2004 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to 15 September 2004 and
15 January 2005.
