New Memorandum Of Understanding |
The parties agree to the establishment of a Local Class Size Committee and a Regional Class Size Committee in each community where federal INAC schools are located. The purpose of the Local Class Size Committee is to provide an annual opportunity for a committee of teachers to review the projected enrolment and the planned class placement of students and to make recommendations to the Principal or to the respective Superintendent of Education or Director of Education where staffing concerns cannot be addressed at the school level. The Regional Class Size Committee shall be given the opportunity to make a documented presentation for additional professional staffing to the Regional Human Resource Management Committee. |
