Roasted rib steak with Dijon mustard warm two bean salad with and herbs, maple roasted purple top turnips and shallots ![]() ![]() For 6
Rib roast at 350 degrees will take:
![]() Directions Toss Turnips and Shallots in Maple Syrup, butter and season with Salt and Pepper, place in roasting pan and cook at 375 for 35/40 minutes or until golden brown.
