Roasted rib steak with Dijon mustard warm two bean salad with and herbs, maple roasted purple top turnips and shallots

Roasted Rib Steak

For 6

  • 1 4/6 pound rib Roast
  • ¼ cup of Maple Syrup
  • 3 bunches of Purple Top Turnip
  • 10 Cleaned Shallots
  • ¼ pound of butter
  • 2 lbs of Yellow Organic Beans
  • 2 lbs of Green Organic Beans
 

Rib roast at 350 degrees will take:

Rare Med Rare Medium Medium Well Well Done
18-22 min 22-26 min 28-34 min 34-36 min 36-38 min
15-18 min 18-22 min 22-28 min 28-30 min 30-32 min
Organic Vegetables

Directions

Toss Turnips and Shallots in Maple Syrup, butter and season with Salt and Pepper, place in roasting pan and cook at 375 for 35/40 minutes or until golden brown.

Cook Beans in boiling Salted water for 7/5 minutes, season with salt and peper and your favorite herb.
