Grilled New York strip loin with three potato salad

For 2

  • 2 6/8 oz New York Strip loin Steaks
  • Any three kinds of Organic Potatoes, Irish Cobbler, Yukon Gold, Island Sunsets, Red Morelands etc.
  • Tblsp butter
  • ½ cup Olive oil

Blanch Potato's in boiling for 5/6 minutes or until soft. Remove from water and allow to cool.

In a pre-heated skillet seasoned with Olive oil and butter sauté Potato's until golden brown and cooked through. Add choice of herb (Dill, Basil, Rosemary) and toss with salt and pepper.

Cook Steak to preferred Tenderness (see below):
