Statistics and EvaluationTD Bank Group in collaboration with Library and Archives Canada invites you to fill out the Statistics and Evaluation Form in order to measure the success of the TD Summer Reading Club 2005 - Blast off! If you are responsible for running the TD Club program in your library branch please fill out the Statistics and Evaluation Form and submit an electronic or hard copy to your main library or regional library system. Please note that the deadline for sending to them the Statistics and Evaluation Form is September 19, 2005.
