Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Centres and Institutes
Canadian Sport Centres and Institutes were created in partnership with Sport Canada, the Canadian Olympic Committee, the Coaching Association of Canada and the provincial governments. The Sport Centres support the development of high performance sport in Canada through a network of training environments located in Calgary, Montreal, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Atlantic Canada and the Pacific Region. In addition to athlete training, these centres also:
- promote the profession of coaching;
- stimulate sport development across Canada.
