Proposed legislative amendments

The Government of Yukon is seeking comment on its proposed amendments to the Vital Statistics Act and the Human Rights Act. These amendments are being considered now to ensure that transgender individuals can access government programs and services in a fair and equitable manner. Yukoners are invited to comment on the proposed amendments until March 24, 2017.
