On November 1, 2014, the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board (PSLREB) was created. The PSLREB was created when the Public Service Labour Relations Board (PSLRB) and the Public Service Staffing Tribunal (PSST) merged. This PSST website is in the process of being phased out in favour of the new PSLREB website. Automatic e-mail notification
Persons interested in receiving an e-mail alert whenever the full-text version of a decision is posted on the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board website may subscribe to an automatic email notification service.
This section provides access to the decisions of the Public Service Staffing Tribunal (PSST). In accordance with the requirements of the Official Languages Act, the PSST posts all its documents simultaneously in both official languages on this website. Therefore, there will be a delay from the time a decision is released to parties to the time the full-text version is posted on this site.
However, summaries of all the decisions in both official languages will be posted immediately following the release of a decision to the parties. The full-text versions in English and French will be posted only after the translation of the decision becomes available. The decisions are sorted by year on our site and listed in the order received. A subject index is provided to make it easier to search by a particular subject. The decisions are also available on the following sites: CanLII, Quicklaw, Soquij and Qualisult.
