  This new framework aligns the strengths of the regional development agencies to support the implementation of the Government's Innovation and Skills Plan for Canada. Priority areas identified in the framework include: Regional Innovation Ecosystems; Investment in and Scale-Up of Firms; Clean Growth; and Community Economic Development and Diversification.
