Many in govt, especially many who work in communications roles, have argued strongly against measures announced today. Worse, they deliberately intensified partisan divisions. I hope they reflect on their past positions and do better going forward. This is serious.

The restrictions announced today are better late than never. We can only look forwards now,and do everything we can to protect each other. We are at a critical juncture. Its going to take every single one of us to make a difference. It sucks, but we can do it.

Employees affected by public health measures announced today may qualify for the federal Canada Recovery Benefit: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/benefits/recovery-benefit/crb-who-apply.html … Don't miss out on benefits you're entitled to. The financial cost of public health measures are appropriately borne by us all through govt.
